Shawn Ollis is a results-driven leader with over 25 years of experience guiding high-performing teams in Fortune 500 companies. As Vice President of Global Operations at DATAMARK, he has led strategic initiatives, solved complex challenges, and helped organizations grow. Now, Shawn is ready to bring his expertise to the Socorro ISD School Board to enhance student success, improve school performance, and ensure every student has the resources to thrive.

As a third-generation El Pasoan, Shawn understands the unique challenges and opportunities within Socorro Independent School District (SISD). He and his wife, Haydee (Flores) Ollis, have been married since 2003 and are proud parents of three children, all engaged in SISD academics and athletics.
Shawn’s firsthand experience as an SISD parent gives him a deep understanding of what students, teachers, and families need to succeed.

Shawn’s career spans leadership roles at Prudential Financial and ADP, where he focused on improving performance through strategic planning, hiring and training top talent to build high-performing teams, and maximizing resources for operational efficiency and growth. As a member of the SISD School Board, he will apply these leadership skills to support teachers, improve student outcomes, ensure fiscal responsibility for better resource allocation, and create a positive learning environment that fosters growth and achievement.
